Yes. Standard electronic signatures are recognised in the EU and EEA (eIDAS), the UK, the US (ESIGN and UETA) and most other jurisdictions for ordinary commercial and employment agreements. NextSigner records who signed, when, from which address and which version of the document, and attaches that audit log to the PDF.
No. Employees, tenants and customers receive a link by email, verify it with a one-time code and sign or accept from any device.
Any PDF with form fields, including public standard forms. PDFs without form fields and Word documents work too: you define the steps, or let AI draft the template, and NextSigner lays out the finished document.
Email-verified signatures are included today. Signing with national e-ID schemes for agreements with stricter requirements is on the roadmap.

You choose how many days ahead to be reminded. NextSigner emails the owner of the agreement, and the archive shows what expires next so you can renew, replace or terminate in time.
